Message From the Secretary/IOFSOA

Respected Members, I feel privileged to be secretary of an association representing the service dedicated for defence preparedness of the country. We are facing testing times where our relevance, competence and existence is under questions. Constant unjustified criticism which lacks even a shred of being constructive is thrown at us. We are in leadership position of work domain wherein capabilities, efforts and limitations of whole defence manufacturing ecosystems gets manifested. A biased observer ends up attributing every failure on to the last runner in the relay race.

I strongly feel that we will come out of this peril unblemished and even stronger, through our constant quest for staying united, updating our self and being together come what may, and we shall be able to re-establish our pride and leadership position in the domain.

I wish all our esteemed members prosperous and fulfilling time ahead.

Thank you
